Shinrin Yoku", which originated in Japan and is known here as "forest bathing", means consciously experiencing the forest with all your senses, connecting with nature and staying in the moment. Leave your usual everyday life behind and come with us on a soothing journey of discovery. During a leisurely and mindful hike (approx.4km) you will (experience) the health-promoting and beneficial atmosphere of the forest. Gentle mindfulness and breathing exercises support you in decelerating and coming to rest.

Smell, hear and feel nature: experience the beneficial forest atmosphere with Rosita Schäfer, certified course instructor for forest bathing, for about 3 hours in the morning and draw new strength for body and soul.
In the afternoon you have the possibility to explore the idyllic nature and the magical places around our Landhotel Weihermühle by yourself or you can let the experience have an effect and simply relax in our sauna and relaxation world.
