Gastronomic management (m/f/d)

To support our team we are looking for a Gastronomic Manager (m/f/d).

Tasks
  • You will take over the responsibility and the professional management for our Mühlen-Restaurant in the Landhotel Weihermühle and for our Kleine Mühle" restaurant (within walking distance of our hotel) as well as for our banquet area.
  • You are a role model, train new employees and lead our service crews in both restaurants.
  • You are responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the entire F&B area of both restaurants.
  • You are responsible for monitoring duty and vacation schedules as needed.
  • You are responsible control of hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • You are responsible for the constant control and analysis of key figures.
  • Planning and implementation of events.
  • You are committed and passionate about your work and actively contribute your ideas.
  • You welcome, seat and look after our guests.
  • You act cost-consciously in all areas.
  • Control and professional handling of F&B products and work equipment.

Qualification
  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the gastronomic field and ideally already have experience in a comparable position or you are ready for the next step on your career ladder.
  • You have a high hands-on mentality.
  • You have a personable, assertive and engaging demeanor.
  • You are confident in handling and being responsible for budgets (sales/costs).
  • You work independently, dedicated and solution-oriented.
  • You have strong communication skills with an entrepreneurial way of thinking and working.

  • You have a successfully completed training in the hotel industry / catering and ideally already professional experience in a similar position.
  • You have the ability to lead and motivate employees.
  • You have very good manners and are a warm, friendly and helpful personality.
  • You have a well-groomed appearance and very good manners.
  • You have a high degree of flexibility and commitment.
  • You have a strong understanding of order, cleanliness and quality.
